We quote that rate after a free assessment of your systems, because the right number depends on your team size, equipment, and what you need covered. Then we walk you through what we found in plain English, what we would fix first, and what a flat monthly rate would look like. There is no obligation and nothing to install beforehand. Both. We provide onsite support across the North Shore and Greater Boston, and we support remote and hybrid teams nationwide. Most day-to-day issues get resolved remotely through our helpdesk, which is usually faster for you anyway. When something needs hands on the hardware, a server closet, or help with an office move, we show up in person. If your team works from multiple states, distance is not a problem.

Usually not. We start by working with what you have, whether that is Microsoft 365, your current accounting software, or the tools your team already knows. Ripping everything out is expensive and disruptive, so we only recommend replacing something when it is genuinely holding you back or creating a security risk. And we explain the reasoning before anything changes, so you decide with full information.
