Free 30-Minute Team Session

Free Security Awareness
Training for Your Team

A free 30-minute session over video call that teaches your team to spot phishing, use MFA properly, and handle the requests that do not smell right. Delivered live in English, Spanish, or Portuguese. No certification, no obligation, and no sales pitch hiding in slide 12.

Thirty Minutes on the Tricks Attackers Actually Use

No slideware marathon and no scare tactics. We focus on the handful of tricks behind most real incidents, because most breaches start with a person clicking something, not a firewall failing.

🎣

Spotting Phishing Emails

Real examples of the emails that actually fool people: fake invoices, delivery notices, and the boss suddenly asking for gift cards. Your team learns exactly what to check before clicking anything.

🔐

Passwords and MFA Done Right

Why reused passwords are one of the easiest ways into a business, how a password manager like 1Password or Bitwarden fixes it, and how to set up Microsoft Authenticator in about two minutes.

🎭

Unexpected Requests and Impostors

The urgent text from the CEO, the vendor who suddenly changed bank accounts, the caller claiming to be IT. The habit we teach is simple: verify through a second channel before you act.

🔗

Safe Links and Attachments

How to preview where a link really goes, why unexpected attachments deserve suspicion, and what QR code scams look like on a phone. Small habits that block most of the everyday traps.

🚨

What to Report and to Whom

A clear, blame-free reporting habit. Your team leaves knowing what counts as suspicious, who to tell, and why reporting a false alarm is always better than staying quiet about a real one.

💬

Live Q&A in Your Language

The session runs in English, Spanish, or Portuguese, and the last few minutes belong to your team. Someone always has a weird email from last week. We walk through it together, live.

Four Simple Steps

No contracts and no prep work on your side. You send a request, we handle the rest.

01

Request the Session

Fill out the quick form or call (978) 815-1047. Tell us your team size, what your business does, and which language you want the session in.

02

We Schedule Around Your Shifts

Morning huddle, lunch break, end of shift, or split across two groups. We fit your schedule, including teams that are never at a desk.

03

The 30-Minute Session

Live over the video tool you already use, with real examples instead of canned slides. Your team can ask questions the whole way through.

04

Optional Next Steps

You get a short recap to post in the break room. Want to keep going? Try our free 12-question cyber risk assessment. If not, that is genuinely fine.

The Teams Attackers Target First

🏢

Front Desk and Office Staff

They live in the inbox: invoices, vendor emails, appointment requests, shipping notices. That makes them a prime target, and one session teaches them which messages deserve a second look.

🚚

Warehouse and Field Teams

Their phone is their computer, so the scams arrive by text and QR code instead of email. We cover smishing, fake delivery alerts, and rushed boss requests, timed to fit between shifts.

🌎

Bilingual Teams

Training in a second language washes over people. We run the same session natively in English, Spanish, or Portuguese so everyone actually absorbs it instead of nodding along.

Common Questions

Is this really free? What is the catch?

It is really free, and the reason is honest self-interest. We are an IT and security company, and one trained employee who spots a phishing email prevents exactly the kind of incident we get called in to clean up. This session is our best marketing. There is no certification upsell, no obligation, and no pitch buried in the slides. If you want to talk afterward, great. If not, the training is still yours.

How long is the session?

Thirty minutes, and we respect that. It is long enough to cover phishing, passwords and MFA, suspicious requests, and reporting, with a few minutes left for your team’s questions. Short enough to run during a lunch break or between shifts.

Is it remote or can you come onsite?

The free session is remote, over the video tool your team already uses (Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet). Keeping it remote is what lets us offer it free and schedule it flexibly. If you are on the North Shore or in Greater Boston and want onsite training, ask us and we can talk through options.

What languages do you offer?

English, Spanish, and Portuguese. You pick one when you book, and the entire session runs in that language, examples and Q&A included. Security training only sticks in the language people actually think in.
